What is SUITES?

A Solana-based platform where users can buy, rent, and trade virtual real estate.

What is the $SUITES token used for?

$SUITES is used for property purchases, rent payments, trading, and (soon) governance.

Can I earn passive income?

Yes. Owning a unit enables you to earn rental income in $SUITES tokens.

How do I buy a property?

Properties are available in the in-app building interface. Each unit has a fixed price based on its floor and tier.

Can I sell my properties?

Yes, properties can be listed for resale to other users.

Is staking available?

Not yet, but staking features are in development.

Where can I trade $SUITES?

Once live, $SUITES will be tradable on supported Solana-based decentralized exchanges, but it will launch on Pumpfun.
